Ms Yaki is a 24/7 toll-free hotline offering a safe, youth-friendly space for young people and all genders to access accurate, non-judgmental sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) information. It provides confidential support via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp in English and  Pidgin. Trained, compassionate counselors offer evidence-based guidance on contraception, STIs, SMA, mental health, and gender-based violence (GBV), connecting callers to services as needed. Privacy and anonymity are paramount, with no pressure to disclose personal details. Ms Yaki’s accessible, inclusive, and holistic approach makes it a vital resource where stigma is replaced by support and clarity for young people navigating complex health and rights issues.
