The Aunty Queen Hotline was launched in 2018 in Cameroon to address the pressing concerns of the population in need of SRHR services. Aunty Queen Hotline has established itself as a critical resource in addressing the Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) needs of individuals and communities, providing reliable, confidential, and accessible support to all Regions especially in the crisis affected regions of Cameroon. Over years, Aunty Queen has connected with thousands of callers across diverse regions, offering guidance on SRH topics, including Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), contraceptive options, pregnancy related options and reproductive rights and has in the years 2023/2024, served over 2433 clients.

It has become a trusted source for young people, parents, and educators navigating sensitive health issues especially those seeking for safe abortion services. It has over years developed a robust system to cater to diverse demographics, including adolescent girls, adult women, persons living with disabilities and marginalized communities.

The hotline has built a reputation for addressing SRH questions with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.

It regularly gathers and analyses data from hotline interactions to identify trends, challenges, and areas requiring targeted interventions.
